What this site is
A patient information and treatment coordination platform. It publishes general information about implant treatment and passes assessment requests to Taki Dent, our clinical partner. It does not provide clinical services, diagnosis or medical advice.
Submitting an assessment request
Submitting the assessment form is a request for review. It does not create a treatment relationship, does not commit either party to treatment, and does not commit you to any payment. Any treatment relationship arises only when Taki Dent accepts you as a patient, and it is between you and the clinic.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate as far as you know. Withholding relevant medical history affects what the clinical team can safely advise.
Accuracy of published information
Content here is reviewed and dated, but it is general information and treatment practice changes. It is not a substitute for examination by a clinician, and no page can tell you what applies to your own case. To the extent permitted by law, IDAOPS CONSULTING LTD accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of general information published here rather than on clinical assessment.

Any cost range shown is indicative. Prices are set by Taki Dent and are confirmed in a written estimate after assessment. A range published here is not an offer and does not bind the clinic.
